My recent stay was unfortunately quite disappointing. Initially, I was excited to return to a hotel I've known for years, but my experience was marred by poor communication and unclean conditions. While the beds were surprisingly comfortable, the overall ambiance left a lot to be desired. If you're looking for a well-maintained space, you might want to think twice before booking.

I had a rough experience with this hotel. Initially, they wouldn’t honor our booking, and the phone situation was a nightmare. The room had issues like stale smells and damage, which was disappointing. However, I must say the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which helped salvage our stay a bit.

Additionally, we faced serious issues with the hotel’s management regarding a previous booking, which felt incredibly unprofessional. It's unfortunate because I had high hopes for this hotel based on past experiences.
